Our Guides are the core of everything we do — custom-designed, precision-machined copper accelerating structures built to your exact energy, duty cycle, and footprint requirements. We design both traveling-wave (TW) and standing-wave (SW) structures across X-band to S-band, optimized through full HFSS RF field calculations and beam-dynamic simulation before a single cut is made.
Guides are used in ECP® food pasteurization systems, medical linear accelerators, NDT inspection, cargo screening, and custom industrial applications. Specify the energy band, beam parameters, and physical constraints — we'll design the structure around them.
High-power RF windows that isolate vacuum from atmosphere at the waveguide interface — engineered to handle kilowatt-level peak power without water cooling. Our X- and S-band windows are fielded in radiotherapy accelerators, NDT systems, cargo inspection, and industrial linacs.

Extensive experience rebuilding medical and industrial OEM Guides to original or improved performance specifications. We perform complete tear-down, inspection, re-brazing, re-tuning, and beam test — often restoring systems that suppliers have discontinued or can no longer support.
Affordable hydrogen brazing, high-vacuum bake-out, and braze design for third-party components. Our hydrogen furnace and vacuum system handle critical, ultra-clean joins that conventional welding cannot achieve for vacuum electron devices.
