CNC machining of oxygen-free copper to micron tolerances. Experience with complex turned or milled vacuum components.

Vacuum & Brazing Technology
Hydrogen furnace brazing, high-vacuum operations, helium mass-leak detection, ultra-high vacuum (UHV) practices.

Beam Physics & Electron Optics
Gun design, beam dynamics simulation, emittance measurement, cathode characterization. Experience with real beam time valued highly.

High-Voltage & Pulsed Power
Modulator design, pulse transformer coupling, insulation coordination at kV levels. Accelerator or radar system experience welcome.
